roduction
begins with the preparation of materials. Fine pinewood and teak both
of which are ideal for woodcraving, are used. The wood is then cut
to the required size and carved according to design. Parts are then
assembled using screws and glue. Only screws made of high quality
steel manufactured especially for this work are used. Once the parts
have been assembled, they are fired for 15-20 days. Any damaged parts
are repaired and the assemble parts are then left to dry prior to
polishing. An undercoat is then applied and the finished product thoroughly
examined for flaws, which are corrected prior to applying the final
coat and decoration to produce a magnificent work of art guaranteed
to respond to the customers' demands.
Products are divided into two types - rocking horses
and brancos. The mane and saddle are then fitted to the finished product
along with other decoratioe items. A final examination is conducted
before sending them for packing and delivery to the customer.
Every stage of production is personally supervised
by Mr. Surapon Asawasetkowit to ensure
that they meet the highest standards of quality. |
